When will I receive my order?

It will take from 2-7 business days to receive your order, depending on the shipping service you have selected and your location.

We process orders from Monday to Friday (except holidays). It does take us one business to prepare your order before we can ship it out. Orders placed after 1 PM EST, will be shipped out the next day.

As soon your order has been prepared and ready to ship if you selected "Standard shipping" it may take 3-7 business days to arrive.

Orders shipped with "Expedited Shipping" service, will take 2-3 business days to arrive, approximately.

What is your return policy?

We will happily arrange a swift replacement when your product comes damaged, or you got the wrong item.

You can also request a replacement by filling in our Online Return Form.

You may return your purchase to us within 60 days of the date you received the item, no questions asked.

Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment, and we will email you the shipping label, so you only need to drop it at the Post Office.  

Please fill in our Online Return Form or write to us at hello@offernova.com with your order number and some images of the item you want to return.

How long does it take to get a refund?

It can take another 5 -10 working days for the bank to reflect the refunded sum on your account, depending on your bank policy. All refunds are returned to your initial payment method.

We do not offer payments by installments at the moment.


After placing an order can I change my shipping address?

Any changes to the address must be made as soon as possible and before the order is shipped.

After placing an order, can I change it?

There is no way to change a previously placed order.
