How to use Rosehip Oil for scars, wrinkles and hair?

When you hear "Rosehip Oil," what is the first thing you think of?

You likely remember the time your mother asked you to buy it online or the day your friend told you about her dermatologist's recommendation to better heal an inopportune burn mark.

Rosehip oil is beautiful. It contains 80% of essential fatty acids that the body does not regularly produce and needs to deeply nourish the skin, such as omega 6, omega 3, linoleic. It also contains vitamin C and vitamin E, powerful antioxidants that may help to:

✓Minimize dark spots and age spots.

✓ Repair stretch marks and scars naturally.

✓ Reduce the visibility of wrinkles and expression lines.

✓ Nourish and soothe dry, flaky, and inflamed skin.

✓ Strengthen and beautify the nails.

✓ Increase skin elasticity and firmness.

What is rosehip seed oil good for?

Native communities in the Andes have used the rosehip in their rituals since ancient times.

Today, it has proven to be a potent skin restorer. You have seen it in multiple formulations of commercial moisturizing creams and gels, but for more visible results, go ahead and use the pure, unrefined oil.

Recommendation: Go ahead and try our organic Rosehip Oil, a true multitasker.

It has a slightly orange color that shows the richness in essential fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants for your skin.

For skin hydration

A powerful regenerator provides elasticity to the skin. Apply a few drops once or twice a day to clean, dry skin, massaging in circular motions for 2-3 minutes until absorbed into the skin.

Get the most out of your bottle, put a drop in your body and face creams. It is not greasy, and if your skin is mature ... without a doubt, it is essential in your beauty routine.

For stretch marks and scars

To prevent stretch marks, reduce scars, apply at least 2 times a day to well-cleansed skin, with a gentle massage until completely absorbed.

You can also try these homemade preparations.

Recipe 1: Moisturizing Body Balm with Rosehip Oil

To hydrate and soften the skin. To prepare it, you only need:

Ingredients

20 ml of coconut oil;

30 ml of beeswax;

5 ml of Rosehip oil;

1 ampoule of vitamin E;

Glass jar with lid.

How to Prepare

Place the coconut oil and beeswax in a pot and heat in a double boiler, regularly mixing with a spatula until the two ingredients are mixed. Let it cool slightly to room temperature and mix well with the rosehip oil and the vitamin E vial. Store it in the refrigerator.

You can apply it to your body several times a day as needed. Ideal for use in the morning and at night before sleeping, focusing on the driest areas such as elbows, feet, etc.

If you want a more liquid balm, add 30 mL of coconut oil and only 20 mL of beeswax, or if you prefer it with more consistency, just add 40 mL of beeswax and only 10 to 15 mL of coconut oil.

Recipe 2: Homemade Anti-Stretch Mark Cream

Ingredients:

1/2 tablespoon shea butter (preferably unrefined)

1 teaspoon cocoa butter (preferably unrefined)

1 tablespoon rosehip oil

2 tablespoons of your favorite cream

1 drop of lavender oil (optional)

How to Prepare

In a double boiler, melt the shea butter and cocoa butter in a clean bowl.

Once melted, remove from heat and add to the cream. Mix and integrate well until everything is homogeneous.

Add the rosehip oil and lavender oil. Stir well until everything is well mixed.

Wait a few hours until the temperature drops, and it is easy to apply to your skin.

For dry scalp

Rosehip oil may help relieve dandruff issues. Better results can be observed if used twice a week.

Apply a few drops directly or impregnate a cotton ball by dabbing on the damp scalp and massaging. For best results, put on a shower cap and let it act for 3 hours. Finally, wash the hair with your favorite shampoo.

For the care of dry and damaged hair

If you have damaged and/or frizzy hair, you can apply a few drops to your favorite mask. You could also mix with another oil such as argan or sweet almonds and apply a few drops before washing the hair to give extra care, then rinse with your favorite shampoo and style as usual.
